David B. Wilson is a native of west central Indiana.  He attended Wabash College, graduating with a BA in History with honors in 1978.  He then attended Indiana University-Bloomington School of Law, graduating with honors in 1980.  He was admitted to the Indiana Bar in September of 1980.  He also has been admitted to practice in Minnesota and Illinois.

Since trying his first jury trial in 1987 against two trucking companies, David Wilson has tried jury trials in personal injury cases involving auto, truck, and motorcycle accidents, premises liability, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. 

David Wilson practiced in Chicago with a plaintiff personal injury firm from 1990 until 1996.  Since returning to Indiana in 1996, he has limited his practice to plaintiff personal injury.

Since opening his own firm in 1997, he has represented families who have suffered serious personal injuries of all types, ranging from wrongful death, medical malpractice, traumatic brain injury, spine injuries, and drowning.
